Henry and Da exploring the shores of our soon-to-be home.
"Follow me, guys!"
Henry struttin' his stuff in Canal Park.
We are so excited to move up there. We found a great place in Lakeside to rent...starting in June. It has a big kitchen and huge picture windows that face the lake. The view of the lake is a bit obstructed by trees, but watching the sunrise on the deck with a cup of coffee will be divine. We also hit up the big Easter Egg Hunt with the family.
H showin' off his mad skills.
Posing cute with cousins.
And big news...Henry took "runner-up" in his first Easter Egg Crack-Off bracket tournament. This is a tradition the LaCore's have been doing for years - it has become one of my favorites.
A shiny new trophy was recently introduced to raise the stakes a bit.
Henry's first match-up against cousin Ade. Auntie is helping out
here because our cousins have a slight/tremendous fear of cracking
their eggs in this game. Check out that form!
Henry hailed victorious his first round of the Crack-Off!
Here's H whoopin' on Michael in his third round.
Henry lost to Auntie Anna in his final round of the Crack-Off. I'd say that's a pretty good show for his first-ever tournament. Here is a picture of the bracket; Henry's egg was affectionately named "Caillou."
Back to Madison now for Jon's final stretch of school...and to get in some good time with our buddies here...and to START PACKING!
