This was about the only picture I got of Henry not holding
onto Grammy's hand in this park. "Come on, Grammy!"
The colors were absolutely stunning!
We also had to go check out the large machinery that is practically right in Grammy's backyard:
Train!
(One of my favorite pictures of Henry is taken in front of this train.)
"Me ride in it?"
There is also something about watching your kid play with their cousins, with moms and dads that you grew up with. We were lucky enough to score an invite on the Lester River train ride and spent and afternoon with all the cousins on my side, riding up and down the North Shore.
A seat full of cutie pies.
Jack understands the excitement about the TRAIN WHISTLE BLOWING!
Waving to the people on the Lakewalk, "Hey peeps!"
It's usually that he wants to pick his cousin Jack up,
but this day it was "Mama, me like to hold Jack-Jack."
We also got Mina overnight, and loved hearing about 4th grade and all of the exciting things about being 9. She is so much fun, and she is so good to Henry:
It has been such a fun couple of weeks - and my favorite month is just around the corner!!!
